The rotor is driven by spring-tensioned power belts.

Mounting to tractors is done with a 3-point hitch power lift CAT II and CAT III.

Bolted and wear resistant deep milling skids are easy exchangeable.

Rotor available with HDT tools. Maximum reliability, built against highest impacts and loads.

The housing is equipped with liners with counter blades and the liners are made out of highly wear-resistant steel. An additional row of counter blades is optional available.

The rubber guard (optional the chain curtain) provides extra protection while working.

Hydraulic hoses are integrated in the housing for more protection and reduction of downtimes.

Supporting legs are available for a stable and safe stand on the ground and during transport.

a) with star wheels It takes care for a good re-compacting of the ground. The star wheels create thereby a clearly visible mark in the ground of the worked area, care for perfect traction and help to use the whole working width of the machine.

b) with horizontal strips Horizontal strips on the roller make horizontal grooves in the soil during the re-compaction process, in order prevent erosion of the top layer of soil during rainfall.

Sharp jointers help to break up the ground so that the deep milling can easily enter the soil. They are bolted and easy to replace.

The Z-Kinematic keeps the angles equal to prevent damage to the PTO shaft and supports an ideal adaptation to the conditions of the ground for an optimal lifting height.

For more safety the mulcher can be equipped with friction clutches in the side drive shaft.

With the spring tension, the drive belts are in an optimum tension ratio and transmit the forces in the best possible way.
