Perfect for forestry applications

This forestry mulcher is completely new designed for excavators of 15 – 21 t, equipped with a powerful 107 cc hydraulic motor to cover the flow range of the mid-size excavators and to achieve the best performance for perfect mulching results. The mulcher can be used universally and is ideal for mulching trees and brush up to 20 cm.

Features

The engine cover can be supplied optionally with an attached thumb bracket, which allows easy positioning of the material to be mulched.

Powerful and high efficiency 107 cc HD - variable displacement motor for maximum performance.

The optional push bar helps to guide the material which has to be mulched. It is fix mounted on the flap side.

Rotor technology with various BCS- or UPTs-tools possible for best mulching result.

Customized interfaces for simple mounting / demounting on various carriers with different options avail¬able.

The low maintenance belt system effectively prevents slippage.

Hydraulic flap with counter blades ensure better shredding of material and provides extra protection while mulching.

The chain curtain provides extra protection while mulching.

Hydraulic hoses are integrated in the housing for more protection and reduction of downtimes.

The housing is equipped standard with bolted liners with counter blades. The liners are made out of highly wear-resistant steel and are easy exchangeable.
